  The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. It was perfect to sit down on the terrace drinking a bottle o - The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.).   Clean, friendly atmosphere ,excellent service. We realy enjoyed staying at Chroma Tessera and definitely recommend it to everyone who wishes to have a comfortable stay at an affordable price.   Its clean, starting from the gate, the elevator, the corridor of the guesthouse and the room. It's cozy. It gave us a homey feeling. I didnt meet Victoria as she was in the hospital but her son Leandro accommodated us well. He gave a free map and suggested the best time and routes to visit places. From termini it is not so far and we easily located it. I dont know w - Victoria is very nice owner. Room was clean, bedding also, what is very important to me. Rooms are without breakfast. But you get coffee and tea if you like in the rooms. Location is near station Termini. We had to leave town in 4:30 A.M. So it was quit and safe street to get to station.

  Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4 wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.
