  Het was een geweldig hotel midden in Venetië! De kamer was prachtig, het ontbijt onbeperkt en heerlijk! Daarbij was het personeel ook nog eens zeer vriendelijk en spraken ze goed Engels! It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas.   A very spacious two and a half floor apartment, small equipped kitchenette and nice modern design. Looks old from outside, New and with an excellent condition inside. Even though it's not by any canal, there is a nice Venezian roof view from the top floor, where we stayed. Location is good. Being our first visit to Venice and having read that it was a little difficult to find (true as the venue is not well sign-posted), we called the duty manager from the nearest water taxi stop (S. Angelo) and he took the trouble to meet us and escort us to the apartments (5 minute walk) where he settled us in. We found the location to be very good with easy acce
