  I rented 2 apartments, both were on the top floor of a former palace. Both were incredible. Well furnished, very clean and orderly. The location could not have been better. Less than 1/2 block from the Vaparetto stop, within walking distance of San Marco, shopping, restaurants, etc. The terrace in one apt and view of the Grand Canal and Venice in ... wat mensen zeggen » the other made our stay very special. I highly recommend these apts. Special thanks to Silvia. She was incredible to work with. She is a real asset to - Extremely positive attitude from the rep of the company that lets the apartment - very helpful in every respect. We also liked a terrace - though quite small, it was good we had it. Location was also very convenient - no noise, but very close to Ca'Razzonico vaporetto stop and one of major squares - St. Margherita, as well as shops and restaurants. Air-conditioner also is a huge advantage - we would not survive in Venice in July without it.

I thought the staff was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful.From the reservation day, they requested if they could be of any help for the transfer & proactively proposed restaurants and activities in Venice. On my wife's birthday, they spontaneously brought a birthday cake to our breakfast table, which was a nice personal touch.The hote - I arrived a week to soon (oops) and with the good attitude of giacomo (we got an upgrade to the available room the grand canal suite with a small extra) but we had a fantastic time. -the staff is very attentive and they are well informed about your needs/ wishes - the location was excellent - that saturday was a djset/party in the hotel, we got a couple free drinks and there was a good athmosphere

  Everything was fantastic with the apartment. Very clean and spacious with all necessary facilities and excellent Internet connection. Located in the center of things very near to the Rialto bridge. I would definitely stay there again. We felt like we were at home.
