  Tijdens het ontbijt kwam de manager vragen of alles naar wens was. Wij gaven aan dat de temperatuur in de kamer niet te regelen was en dat het daardoor vrij warm bleef. We kregen direct een andere, nog mooiere kamer, aangeboden zonder extra kosten. Prima!! Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, je kon er zelfs champagne bij drinken. Metro VERY close to use for Vatican,Colosseum,etc. Had family room for 4 - seperate bed and a couch for 10 and 13 year-old kids, heavy curtain between kids' beds and adult bed, 2 balcony doors to view of St. Peter's, quiet and blinds/curtains for darkening.   It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Friendly staff, help from Gabriel on getting to sights, he rec... wat mensen zeggen » ommended a lovely restaurant that serves Roman style ( not your typical Italian food) and the best Gelato ice cream near the Pantheon. Jun always smil - Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!

  We stayed in this hotel with my wife for three nights. It's somewhat further from the center and good 15-minute walk from the metro but we enjoy walking and didn't find this annoying. The hotel deserves its three stars, we loved being there. Rooms are ok size, spacious bathrooms. Clean, tidy and no drainage problems as there were in other hotels.... wat mensen zeggen » Breakfasts are really good and the personnel is helpful. In the area nearby we found the places to eat out without problems and for quite affordable - I 've known the hotel for the last 10 years. This is an old classical furnished hotel but well maintain. Breakfast improved in quality and variety but the fruit juice. The internet access too. I like the garden with free parking access. Good location with a car as few minutes away from the center and easy to exit from the Tuscolana (Naples, Ciampino) or Marco Polo (eur, Pomezia, Fiumicino). Price can be very competive and attractive
