  Pierfranchesco was very helpful, indeed he kindly helped my try andcontact the airline after I had discovered I had left my ipod on theplane!! Service was first class and the room was always very clean.You only really use the room at night as you are out all day anyway -so on that basis the hotel was perfect for that purpose!   "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. The room was excellent, quite, brand-new, bi... wat mensen zeggen » g and VERY clean. Rome and "At forty-one" just keeps on pulling me back. If I go again in Rome this is my place to stay. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  Alles was eigenlijk uitstekend! Prima ligging T.O.V. het station Terminien de bezienswaardigheden. Personeel heel erg attent. Ontbijt uitgebreiden lekker. Badkamer prima. Bedden wat aan de harde kant, maar dat wentvanzelf. Ga eens een lekker ijsje halen bij San Crispino (vlakbij Trefi-fontein), want dat is echt de beste in heel Rome! - Goede locati... wat mensen zeggen » e, alles op loopafstand en event. metro om de hoek. Goede service. De kamers zijn niet erg groot, wel mooi en goed verzorgd. Kinderen hadden een eigen kamer,maar met een connecting deur via een halletje.Ontbijtbuffet is prima. Een aanrader!

  My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station. The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool. The hosts were all pretty gener... wat mensen zeggen » ous in help and information, WiFi had great reception. We spent our stay in Rome partying, so we enjoyed the 24h free coffee machine the next day a lo - The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.

  The location is near the train station and the shopping areas, with walking distance to the Colosseum and Forum. The owner is super kind, I spent over 20 days travel around Europe with heavy baggage, only this guy came out and help my wife to bring the luggage upstairs. He did the samething to offer his help to bring down all our luggag - Right from the moment of the initial, the team at Matisse couldnt have been more helpful and professional. Roberto, the owner, was charming. The relaxed atmosphere was welcome after a long day travelling. His restaurant recommendation was perfect. Although they were fully booked on our last pass thru Rome, the staff once again went above and beyond by helping us find alternate accommations in their neighbourhood.   Zeer vriendelijk (engelstalig) personeel. Zeer schone en ruime kamer en ook zeer rustig, geen geluid van overige hotelgasten en ook geen geluid van verkeer (daar hadden we ook om gevraagd). Grote badkamer met de beste douche die ik ooit heb gehad in een hotel. Prima ontbijt voor Italiaanse begrippen. Verse Jus + melk + koffie + thee. Croissants, ge... wat mensen zeggen » vulde broodjes, wit en bruin brood, diverse cornflakes, beleg waaronder ham, pasta en jam. 3 soorten taart. Vers fruit. - Het lag midden in het oude centrum. Het personeel was zeer gastvrij en behulpzaam. We hadden een mooie ruime kamer.

  The location of the hotel is perfect for a city break. 10 minutes walk from Termini station and we found it very easy to find using google maps. There is now a big sign so even though the reception is on the 1st floor of the building we still found it with ease. The location of the hotel was perfect for us to see the whole of Rome. The hotel Demetra brand new - very clean lines - fresh and crisp. Typical Itialian modern style, with tiled floors and walls. The rooms are very nice, no frills. Location is great, 5 min walk to Termini bus station/train station. Stop for red open top tour bus 110.

  Our stay at Hotel Opera Roma was perfect! The hotel has an excellentlocation (2 mins walk from Repulica metro Station and 5 mins fromTermini). Offer free use of mini-laptop and internet access. Free satellite TV. Offered a shuttle to Fiumicino which was inexpensive (14 euros/person), considering that the train to Fiunicino is 11 euros.

Once you've got that out of the way, you have an excellent property in the heart of Rome that is straight to the point. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.
