Almost equidistant from two Boat stations making it very convenient to take shortest boat trips depending on one's destination. - Location is wonderful, just about 3 minutes from St. Mark's Square.   Very nice clean room in the center of Venice. We got map and the hotel owner told us, where should we go, recommended some restaurants.... The breakfast was also nice, served in the room: coffee, juice, buns, croissant/muffin, butter, jam, cheese, joghurt. We, two girls, liked the room and service very much and would stay again there. Wifi was als... wat mensen zeggen » o available, signal was not so strong in the room, but who really needs internet on holiday? - Nice, cosy room with air conditioning. We had very friendly staff who told us where good local restaurants and tourist attractions were. The best thing about this hotel was the location, very close (5 minute walk) from St Mark's Square. Considering this, the price per night was also pretty good value

  Luciano is a very kind and helpful host who booed a restaurant, researched vegetarian eating options and looked up timetables for us during our 3 night stay. The b and b is brilliantly located for the main sights. We were very happy with the pleasant rooms: as mother and daughter we arrived to a nice surprise being given a suite of two double bedr... wat mensen zeggen » ooms and a luxury en suite bathroom. A lovely short break thank you so much Luciano! - Mr. Ventura was so nice and helpful. He was very friendly and is learning English, so he enjoys visiting and hearing about your day. Our room was magnificent. We overlooked the canal and had the sounds of the evening and morning to enjoy. Large bathroom and breakfast was very nice and convenient. The hotel is very convenient located between St. Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. We would love to stay here again.

It is quite difficult to find initially (there's a separate Hotel Amadeus); you need to head to Saint Maria Formosa square. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was good. They also let you leave your luggage once you check out and give you a spare key.

  Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. The location of the Residenza is perfect (next to San Marco but away from the crowd, and not far away from the Castello area where the Biennale takes place and where there are plenty of great authentic restaurants). We stayed in the Artist room which was neat, quiet and very clean, with a lovely view over the canal. The - In one word - Excellent. Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.) Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor. All together this will make your stay in this hotel perfect.
