  I recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Pisa or nearby. Location is perfect, I even didn't expect to be located so close to the Torre Pendente - we could have a nice walk to the tower every evening. Very close to bus stop which took us to the station. If I come next time to Pisa for sure I will stay here. - Fantastic location with the leaning tower right in front of the window and in 200m walking distance. Very nice older hotel (therefore not the most modern outfit) with big rooms, comfy beds and nice old furniture. Bathroom was updated and perfectly servicable. Very good breakfast with great service and good buffet. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is right in front of the hotel.

Renovated in January 2013 by someone with excellent taste, perhaps the lovely owner who was ever so helpful. The hotel is in a residence built in the 1700s and has a few impressive paintings gracing its walls. It is in a street away from the action which could be good or bad depending on your tastes....no views of anything but really with all of the gorgeous decor one does not need an external view. The bathrooms in particular are WOW!

  I loved that it was 10 minute walk from the " leaning tower of Pisa " , the staff we very friendly gave us lots of information , were great with the kids. The room was clean and was very spacious for a family of four , the bathroom was nice and clean with fresh towels and soaps. What we liked best was the pool area and seating.   Simone and Irene were absolutely lovely, nothing was a problem, meeting us from the airport car rental and finding a parking space for us near the b & B. Rooms were all beautiful, Irene has beautiful taste. The breakfast was gorgeous including, strawberries, chickpea omelette, homemade pizza, homemade cakes, very Italian.
