Beautiful place, spacious room, very high ceilings, we could see few historical buildings right from the window. Room was warm with a big bed. Location is absolutely amazing. Colosseo around the corner, we literally walked everywhere (even returned from Vatican by foot ). Breakfast was brought into the room on your selected time. We really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Rome again I'll stay there again.

  The location was fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the pantheon and easy to get to and from the airports by public transport. The rooms were nice and clean, and the aircon was welcome!!! We could walk to all the major piazzas, sites and restaurants from this hotel. The price was the best we found in Rome, we would do it again. The staff was very helpful and the room was clean with a nice sized bathroom.

Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. Standard Italian breakfast with lovely croissants, ask for a fresh coffee, not from the machine. We asked for first floor rooms and got them.   Great location. Can walk just about every where except to the Vatican which is a bit far. But very close to the metro (5 min). Close to restaurant. More of a local area (vs very touristic area). Room very clean and big enough for 3 people. Breakfast is good. People are helpful although they do not speak a lot of English. Very convinient and has beautiful decoration. You can use the terrace all day and night, romantic, perfect for couples or even for group of friends.   The room was impeccably clean! We stayed 7 nights and each day we returned to the room after a long day of sightseeing, the room was perfectly cleaned, bed made, fresh towels. Every morning breakfast was delivered to our room. Hotel owner was a lovely, elderly lady who couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful (she even gave us a wake up call at 04:15 on day of departure and ordered taxi transfer to Termini for us).
