  De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wij zaten voor 70 euro (in december) super centraal. Dit bij 2 metro stations. De kamers zijn heel netjes. De badkamer is heel schoon met een lekkere douche. Ook is de service perfect (aardige receptioniste, gratis koffie/thee, dvd-speler en mogelijkheden tot lenen van films) - Erg vriendelijk onthaal, in het Engels! ... wat mensen zeggen » Hotel gelegen dicht bij het station, ideaal voor wanneer je met de rugzak reist! Erg propere kamer + steeds mogelijkheid om koffie ed. te nemen! De jaccuzzi-doushe was fantastisch!

Beds comfortable and well-maintained. No noise and had a great nights sleep after a busy day sight seeing. Airy and good size rooms with attractive, modern décor. Near train and bus station (5 minute walk). Central location.

  Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4 wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. It is easy to walk to the Colosseum and Forum area. ... wat mensen zeggen » Fabio was very helpful with all our questions. He had suggested best ways to get in from the airport, how to find the bnb. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.   This is a residence, not a hotel, where there is housekeeping service without breakfast or coffee/tea set in the room, but if you need accommodation to feel at home, this is the right place to stay. We previously stayed here for more than 1 month before finding an apartment to rent and found it very comfortable to stay. Catch the tram to flamino ( can't go wrong it only goes there and back, 1.50€ pay on the tram) then either catch the metro ( on the same ticket) or walk, shop and sightsee on the via del corso all the way to the centre of Rome .
