  Our stay at the Lunetta Hotel was excellent. The hotel was lovely and spotless. Our accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We needed a taxi to the airport and it was efficiently arranged for us. The location is ideal for walking to many of Rome's highlights. Since our flight home was very early and we were leaving prior to breakfast being served, they - The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip.   Bijzonder behulpzaam en erg vriendelijk personeel! We voelden ons hierdoor erg thuis! We hadden een moderne prachtige en grote kamer. Het dakterras is werkelijk adembenemend en ook 's avonds is het heerlijk om hier te borrelen. Op maandag is de bar 's avonds gesloten.   We liked the location being close to the Vatican, close to the bus, metro and taxi stations. The staff is very cordial, professional and helpful. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. The roof garden terrace is great for breakfast, aperitifs, with a view which is unique in Rome. There are lemon trees, olive trees, kumquat trees, lavende... wat mensen zeggen » r bushes, Bougainville bushes, and other lovely flowers. We strangely recommend the hotel as world travelers. - I found the staff of the well positioned hotel to be its greatest asset, they went out of their way to ensure that everything I did in Rome was perfect. They were great in their recommendations and everyone I had dealings with were incredibly knowledgable on Rome. I highly recommend it and would stay there again next time in Rome.

  we kregen ongevraagd en kosteloos een extra volwaardige bed voor onze dochter van 4 - The location was perfect and close to everything - 5 mins to metro stop, park around the corner, Spanish Steps 5 mins away. Very quiet location and no street noise (we had an inner courtyard room). Hotel staff was extremely nice and provided great recommendation... wat mensen zeggen » s for dinners in the neighbourhood. They even made breakfast bags when we checked out at 4:30! - Staff was very helpful with reservations and accomodations. Room was a good size for a european hotel. Plenty of room for my family of four. Room was nicely decorated with a large bathroom. Quiet location. Breakfast was typical european breakfast--pastries, cereal, hams, cheeses, yogurt,,,etc. Great location.
