  The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips. We stayed in the junior suite which was stunning and the location meant everything was within waking distance.... wat mensen zeggen » Upon arrival they give you a map and help you mark on all the places you are looking to visit too. We had a late flight which was delayed and they di - Not your typical hotel, but charming. Modern, rooms are larger than expected, esp for the price. Excellent location just behind Piazza Navona, convenient to Pantheon, Vatican, Tiber River and all things ancient. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower and amenities. Would stay here again!

  Great location, very close to the Piazza Navona, many useful bus lines--87 to Coloseum, 64 (usually crowded) to Termini or Vatican, 40 (express) to same as 64. I walked to the Vatican Museum. The best A/C I experienced in - I had all sorts of problems that stressed me out the day I checked in. The cab driver couldn't find the hotel and dumped me out blocks away with heavy luggage because he could not find the street and When i finally arrived I realized I had managed to lose the key to my suitcase! Also the light was out in part of my room.the young staff kindly helped me to sort out all of this. Also The breakfast arrived bang on the time I asked for it. My feedback is all about the service.   I have stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Usually when I travel with groups or solo, the hotels are 4 stars but when I have chosen this hotel I was totally right that the hotel is clean and the breakfast buffet as 2 * hotel is worth €10 as in 4 * hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly, I even got a little piece of chocolate on my pillow :) the breakfast was really simple but great, not overdone but just some cereals, breadrolls, cornettos, and various kinds of spreads.

The hotel offered an excellent breakfast with a good choice of food, including cooked, cold meats, fruit, cereals, breads. To our extremely pleasant surprise we were upgraded to an appartment on the top floor with a rooftop patio overlooking Rome. It was all absolutely fabulous. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend.

Right from the entry way to the hotel room! The hotel is down a cobble stone street and you really get the feeling that you are in rome. The location is perfect!   Our stay at the Lunetta Hotel was excellent. The hotel was lovely and spotless. Our accommodations were spacious and very comfortable. The staff was extremely pleasant and very accommodating. We needed a taxi to the airport and it was efficiently arranged for us. The location is ideal for walking to many of Rome's highlights. Since our flight home was very early and we were leaving prior to breakfast being served, they - The second we got there we received assistance with everything we needed including restaurant recommendations and help getting train reservations for the rest of our trip.
