  Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. We like it better than the I-zen room as our room has an open layout that gives us... wat mensen zeggen » more space. The I-tube room was our next choice. It does not have a tub but it has a big spa-like shower. The location, as previously mentioned by ot - We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms. Thank You very much.

  It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was so good and plenty of eve... wat mensen zeggen » rything as well. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

  One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. Thank you for this wonderful stay. Auf jeden Fall, einer der besten Hotels in ganz Rom. Ar - We stayed in the Presidential suite, so our frame for description starts out pretty positive! First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)

  The reason I chose this hotel was the fabulous location - when in Rome,I spend most of my time at the ancient monuments, and this place is right at the bottom of the via Cavour, literally a minute or two from the Roman and Imperial Fora. I had a deluxe room and it was lovely - faciltities were good, nice shower, tv, safe, fridge - all you would ne... wat mensen zeggen » ed. Everything was clean and though the style of decor would, for some, probably be a little out of date, I thought it was quite charming. Note though - Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.
