  We wanted a place close enough to the Vatican City, metro and bus stop so we can eat breakfast in the morning and not come back until we were done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place, no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh espresso/capucino in the morning with continental breakfast. This was a last minute booking and I lucked out finding it since it was extremely busy in Rome on that weekend. I was very pleased with everything.

  The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way. Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located.   This hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Rome on foot. We didn't use any public transport whilst we were there, venturing as far as the Spanish Steps, the Colosseum, the Trastevere area and the Vatican City. The staff couldn't of been more helpful or polite and the added touch of breakfast to the room every morning was lovely - we really enjoyed thi - We stayed here in February 2013 and our stay was great. The hotel was in a great location where we were able to walk to all attractions. The hotel is on a street where there is plenty of great restaurants and bars to relax in the evening before you head back. The hotel room was large for Europe and the staff was very nice & helpful. The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building and has 4-5 private rooms. There is an elevator and they provide keys for access to the building.
