Good, clean rooms. - We had a very good stay at Residenza Ki - the hotel is in an excellent location, the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was... wat mensen zeggen » plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful (especially Gigi). Don't expect to see a grand entrance or large signage though - as it is basically 1 floor of an apartment block Residenza Ki has a small sign next to a modest green door but it is not hard to find.

  "At forty-one" is not a "classic" hotel but 6 luxurious apartments in the forth floor of a nice building just 100m from the metro and within walking distance from everything in Rome. Fantastic customer service; looked after from well before our arrival. Decoration is in accordance to what is published. The room was excellent, quite, brand-new, bi... wat mensen zeggen » g and VERY clean. Rome and "At forty-one" just keeps on pulling me back. If I go again in Rome this is my place to stay. Highly suggested..... - Can't recommend this place enough! Just a few minutes walking from both Repubblica metro station and Termini. The staff was very friendly and nice, room super-clean, spacious, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was nice but not great, it can be improved, although the freshly baked croissants and the roman-style focaccia were very yummy. In short, I loved my stay and next time in Rome I know where to go. ;-)

  Hosts were so friendly and helpful with any questions. They offered very great service, and it almost felt like, that you were visiting home and friends. The rooms were very lovely designed and was cleaned every day. We just loved our blue room, it was very romantic designed. Breakfast was great with fresh fruits, juice, coffee, eggs, croissants, ... wat mensen zeggen » bread, cold cuts of meat, cheese, jam, cereal and milk. If you want anything else for example scrambled eggs, the hosts offers it too. The location is - Everything of this B& B is superb I really love it. The hosts Carlotta & Francisco are really sweet and they made this B&B in style and charmy. We stayed in the blue room which is spacy ; there's bed room and separated living area with sofa. There's also a walk-in clothes hanger room. The bath room is also nice & convenient. The facilities are nice , they even put some wet tissue paper for us to use. Wifi works well .   What a gem! Located in an old Palazzo, in the middle of Rome's best shopping, a short walk to the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. For a few dollars more that other hotels we looked at, we had a huge 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Elise was a tremendous help in every way.
