  Staff are very friendly and helpful. Memory foam mattress bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed we have slept in! Rooms are spacious with Sky Italia, good WIFI, an espresso maker which we used every morning with the complimentary biscuits. This isnt a hotel as such but a number of rooms in a building beside the pantheon. We found this was great as any other hotel facilit - The location is perfect, just off the Pantheon and within walking distance of Piazza Navona and Trevi Fountain. Despite being in the middle of the old city, the hotel is in a quiet street and you cannot hear any noise from the rooms. There are only 6 rooms (each named after a Roman god). The room itself is not big, but luxurious and spotlessly clean. My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The staff were very cheerful and friendly too.

  It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

  When you go to a hotel like this, you pay first of all for the location. You should be prepared that any additional perks must be considered as an extra bonus. But this hotel has many. We got the junior suite, which was very spacious. The room was beautifully decorated: a parquet floor and artistic stucco on the walls. The air conditioning performed very well and kept our room at a nice temperature during a week of 35> degree Celsius days. Breakfast was plentiful and we particularly liked that we could see the Pantheon if we sat out on the balcony. That's the other thing about this place, the location could not be more perfect.   The staff at Navona Suites were extremely helpful. The answer was always 'yes' and with a smile. They dealt with every single request immediately and gave great advice on places to visit and local expertise on prices and timings of trips.
