  Locatie.Rust - Situated in a beautifull area of Rome hotel staff were very helpfull for all our queries our room was on the top floor it was a lovely room ,never heard any noises from out side. All that area comes alive at night with the street cafe,s one which was about 10 meter,s from the hotel had the best pasta in town every where was within wa... wat mensen zeggen » lking distance. - i found the staff excellent ,very friendly and helpful, i would recommend it to friends and family and definately stay again.very central location to all major attractions street on a busy side street if on first floor could be noisy in evenings if travelling with kids.

  It was a very good location. Although we passed the door once and had to go back. The first impression when entering the main door was not the best. But then when we entered the door to The Pantheon Relais it was a different world. So elegant,nice and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was so good and plenty of eve... wat mensen zeggen » rything as well. The room had been refurbished 3-4 months ago and was so nice.that goes for the bathroom as well. - Great location and good value for price. Very thoughtful about details that a traveler might forget such as toothbrush and razor. We were offered the arrangement of a private transfer from the airport on arrival and that was incredibly helpful after an 8 hour overnight flight. Cost of that was also very reasonable by North American comparison. They made this a perfect start to our vacation.

  When you go to a hotel like this, you pay first of all for the location. You should be prepared that any additional perks must be considered as an extra bonus. But this hotel has many. We got the junior suite, which was very spacious. The room was beautifully decorated: a parquet floor and artistic stucco on the walls. It i - The staff here were exceptional! I honestly cannot speak highly enough of them. Our room was comfortable and clean. The air conditioning performed very well and kept our room at a nice temperature during a week of 35> degree Celsius days. Breakfast was plentiful and we particularly liked that we could see the Pantheon if we sat out on the balcony. That's the other thing about this place, the location could not be more perfect.   Hotel Clarisse is lovely. Simple rooms but clean and comfortable. However it's the staff that make it a great hotel. They go out of their way to help you with your traveling plans around Rome and make you feel welcome. Sergio in particular was wonderful to us. He told us about an amazing local restaurant, found last minute tour to the Vatican, and... wat mensen zeggen » even accompanied me to a shoe repair to help translate. I would stay here again simply for the service. - The hotel staff were all very nice and extremely helpful. They assisted with setting up tours and transportation. They even packed our breakfast to go, since our tour departed before the restaurant opened. We didn't spend much time in the room other than to shower and sleep, but the rooms were comfortable with good air conditioning (August!) and doors that opened to the courtyard. We were able to walk to many of the major sites. It was lovely.
