  The hotel location is just great. we really enjoyed the stay here. the hotel even offers us free bikes to the castle. that's just nice. however, the owner of the hotel is not that hospitality. maybe she cannot speak English very fluently. the turkish spa is not open after 730 and the TV in the room cannot watch football match. we have to go downst... wat mensen zeggen » airs in the bar for the match. - After having spent time in Rome and the mountains of Italy, Naples is completely different. It's more dirty than the other cities we visited in Italy but the people are very warm and welcoming. Heed the warnings and do not travel with expensive jewelry. The scenery from the windows with a view of the port are beautiful.

Owner was gracious. Best cappuccino machine I encountered on our 3 week trip through Italy. Breakfast was fine. The Covo degli Angioini is very well located, close to the harbor and a short walk from the shopping center. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, they explained everything we could see how all the monuments and the most characteristic places to eat. They welcomed us really well. The room was large and very clean. We will be back gladly.

  The apartment was huge, from the pictures you can not understand the actual size of the apartment. Upon check-in we were greeted with a welcome drink very fresh. We did not expect to find such a nice hotel in a building. It 'was a great discovery this Covo degli Angioini. The area is very peaceful and quiet, we were really great. Despite being at 4 spaces available to us were great. The reception moved us to a bigger apartment than what we had booked and we were very happy about this. Breakfast served in the room at the time chosen by us. All very well organized.

  We stayed in 2 rooms, both of which were lovely. The facilities in the room were high spec & cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast gave huge choice & was really tasty. The location was great as it was on a pedestrianised street in a good location. Finally I can't speak highly enough of the staff. If I was returning to Naples tomorrow I would definitely stay at this hote - We loved the location, friendly staff, the rooms which were spacious and quiet and the breakfast great. Our room overlooking the street was great to sit on the balcony and watch all the activity below. We were close to everything - shops, restaurants, bars, attractions, the Lungomare and the airport bus. I really can't fault this hotel at all - it's a wee gem!

A short walk to the Promenade along the water (even at night), close to an upscale shopping neighborhood but not a bad walk into the central historic district of Naples. Good value BandB.

She advised the best ways to get around and how to stay safe and not get ripped off. All the other staff were friendly and helpful too, from the owner who frequently works the front desk to Carmen and the night man. Very friendly local people....reallly helpful on buses.
