  The rooms were great, new in design. Beds were great with extra blankets and pillows. The breakfast was the normal Italian b/b pastries and meats cereals, but enough for a morning starter. The location was close to the big San Marco Square, just remember to get off the boat at the Celestial, then it's only a 10 minute walk, or cal and they welcome... wat mensen zeggen » and get you. Thanks Santo for everything! - Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast is basic european with rolls, cereal, coffee, juice, yogurt, etc. This B&B is off the beaten path in Venice, so you have to walk or take the vaparetto to most places. Walking to St Marks Square, Rialto Bridge, etc. is easy. There are 2 Vaparetto stops nearby which make travel around the city easy too.

  Maria Elisabetta and Rodolfo are a wonderful young couple who take great care of their guests. The location of the Residenza is perfect (next to San Marco but away from the crowd, and not far away from the Castello area where the Biennale takes place and where there are plenty of great authentic restaurants). The Residenza is also easy of access (... wat mensen zeggen » a mere 5 min walk from the San Marco pier). We stayed in the Artist room which was neat, quiet and very clean, with a lovely view over the canal. The - In one word - Excellent. Location - perfect (near San Marco square, but on the small quiet street). Room - clean and cozy. Bathroom - big, light and clean, clean and clean (hairdryer, toiletries, towels are included). Breakfast - very good (choice of yoghurts, meat, cheese, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea, etc.) Owner - intelligent, polite and friendly person with great sense of humor. All together this will make your stay in this hotel perfect.

  This was a fantastic place to stay and I would, without question, stay here again. The location is brilliant: a 7 minute walk to San Marco square and it is again a 7 minute walk to the vaporetto stops which connect you with all parts of Venice. The room was really lovely with a very comfortable bed and good quality pillows. There was a small sof... wat mensen zeggen » a in the room and a little table which was perfect. The bathroom was a shared one but it was literally a door away. The bathroom had a bath and shower - The staff was so friendly and helpful, it felt like home to our Children instead of a hotel. The family room was large and comfortable, and it's a 5 minute walk to San Marco square. There is a grocery store, laundromat and many shops and restaurants located very close. We will recommend to all our friends with children.

  Very close to the major attraction, although not obvious to find, but not far from the ferry station. Good and helpful staffs, nice opportunity to discover a real venice style residence. - Laura was friendly and helpful and on our last day she kept our lugage all day as we had a late flight home.   -True Venice experience! The hotel is located on one of the small canals, so finding the hotel was an adventour in itself. Its entrance is located on a small side street and you walk through the ground floor of the building (past the canal boat entrance) to get to the rooms. It felt like we were staying in a Venice residence instead of a hotel.... wat mensen zeggen » - Friendly, helpful staff - Great location - few minutes away from the main tourist areas, but far enough so that it was very quite - Room was lovel - Locanda Ca Del Console is in a very good location between the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square. It isn't easy to find, but use the directions on the website along with a map and you'll figure it out eventually. The staff is very friendly, which is a big plus. We made the reservation at the last minute so we didn't have many choices. The room was big. The decor was a little strange. The breakfast was fine. Did I mention the staff is very friendly? That was the biggest plus.

  Luciano is a very kind and helpful host who booed a restaurant, researched vegetarian eating options and looked up timetables for us during our 3 night stay. The b and b is brilliantly located for the main sights. We were very happy with the pleasant rooms: as mother and daughter we arrived to a nice surprise being given a suite of two double bedr... wat mensen zeggen » ooms and a luxury en suite bathroom. A lovely short break thank you so much Luciano! - Mr. Ventura was so nice and helpful. He was very friendly and is learning English, so he enjoys visiting and hearing about your day. Our room was magnificent. We overlooked the canal and had the sounds of the evening and morning to enjoy. Large bathroom and breakfast was very nice and convenient. The hotel is very convenient located between St. Marks Square and Rialto Bridge. We would love to stay here again.

  Delightful stay at the charming B&B Amadeus a few seconds walk from beautiful Campo Santa Maria Formosa and less than ten minutes easy stroll from either San Marco or the Rialto. You feel like you'r staying in your own private palazzo rather than a hotel. The double room is spacious and elegant, but cosy too, with a bright modern bathroom and ... wat mensen zeggen » lovely views over the rooftops of this very atmospheric area. Luciano is the perfect host who will help you with his insider knowledge of Venice and e - Amadeus was amazingly located, roughly half way between the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square. It is quite difficult to find initially (there's a separate Hotel Amadeus); you need to head to Saint Maria Formosa square. The staff were really friendly and the breakfast was good. They also let you leave your luggage once you check out and give you a spare key.
