  What did I not like!!! This boutique hotel was amazing. I am definitely much more accustomed to the big fancy American chains (Marriott, Hilton etc.) but this place was perfect. Our room was incredibly large for European standards with a table and chairs and a sofa which was used and an extremely comfortable 3rd bed. After we had checked out and discovered we had a flat tire on our car, we had difficultly communicating (on a Saturday afternoon) with anyone who could help us.   One of the finest luxury hotels in Rome. Architecture at the highest level: a mixture between Renassaince and modernity. Very nice and height rooms with a spectacular ceiling. The best part of the hotel was the staff. I've never seen such a friendly staff. First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)

  The location of Dolce Vita is perfect! You are right near the Forum, Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon and Spanish Steps! There are many restaurants, cafes and a supermarket nearby. Taxis and buses very close too. The apartment was roomy enough for the 4 of us and although the kitchen facilities were fairly basic it was fine for our 5 day stay. ... wat mensen zeggen » Air con was great and we had cable tv for the international news. The hotel did a load of washing for me for only 5euro which was great! - Perfect for a family with young children. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for breakfast in our apartment. The apartment was very modern and updated but still charming. Staff was the highlight - super recommendations for tours and restaurants; very helpful - told us exactly the fare to pay for the taxi; extremely accommodating when we arrived at midnight after a late flight - we will definitely return!

If you're coming to Rome for site-seeing, this location is untoppable.

  We loved the location, we just stepped out of the door and we were near the heart of Rome. The owner, Andrea really looked after us, he provided snacks and water/coffee all the time we stayed, it was a very homely, friendly place with a communal area and balcony to relax. We would not hesitate to go back. - Fantastic location. We only had 2 days in the city and were able to easlily walk to all the sites. Breakfast was filling and delicous. There is an open kitchen with 24 hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, water, juice and little snacks that made our stay extremely pleasant and relaxed. The rooms are beautiful and modern renovations of an old historic building.

  Brilliant location, ALL sights in Rome within walking distance, 5 minute walk from Trastvere which is a lovely and romantic area with loads of nice restaurants & bars. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Nice breakfast served in a different hotel, 3 min walk from Little Queen. However, we could have helped our selves to a simple breakfast at ... wat mensen zeggen » Little Queen so it was all up to us. The brothers who own the B&B's are extremely helpful and charming. Don't expect a massive and bright room - b - Firstly, the location was second to none. A 5mn walk to the Pantheon, a 15mn walk to the Colliseum, and a 20mn walk to Vatican City. U do not need to use public transport if you stay here. Secondly, the host Simone was a very gracious man. Very helpful with advice and booking tickets etc. Lastly, the breakfast was the best we ever had in Italy by far. As well as the usual bread, cheese, salami, pastries we actually got cereal and they even cooked us an omelette every morning. Highly recommend B

  Loved having breakfast delivered to our room at a time that we specified. It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. No matter what we inquired about she got us the info and even looked after our bookings, taxi's, restaurants, etc and we c... wat mensen zeggen » an't say enough good things about her. We would definitely stay there again without even looking elsewhere. - This is somewhat a boutique hotel, and not for the budget traveller, but ... what a fantastic location. And the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions of what to do and where to go. Giulia (the owner) did a soft sell on me for her custom-made jewelry, and won me over. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.
