The staff were so helpful. We had one day to see Rome so the lady on reception gave us a map and drew out where to go. She also gave us tips on where to eat and how to get to the airport. We booked a private room for three so had to walk about 300m from the freedom traveller - which was no bother because we were upgraded to an ensuite. Only about a 15 minute walk from the colosseum.

I would describe this hostel as a boutique one as everything was special comparing with other hostels I stayed before. It was good cleaned, comfortable and well-decorated.
