spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom

I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well.

Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

Location, location, location - literally across the road from Roma Termini Station (note that you have to check in/collect key @ a hotel 5 mins' further away - staff will escort you to the rooms from there). The location of the apartman was perfect. It is very close to the famous places, you can walk to the Colosseum, Forum, etc. The surround of the accomodation seems to be dangerous but it is nothing to worry about there is a lot of tourists and hotels.The rumanian boy was very polite and helpful.

The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Fair breakfast (juice, yogurt, croissant, coffee, an egg). Nice staff. 24 hrs reception. Wi-fi in the rooms but not in the back yard. -

The rooms are great. Very modern and large, with comfortable beds.
This hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the coliseum, as well as the colosseo metro stop. Great location if you want to be in that part of town (which we did). -
