  The location was great if you like to walk(15-20minutes from piazza Popolo or Spagnia) or use the public transportation (direct lines to Vatican,Trastevere and Coloseum 5-10minutes walk away) it had also a taxi piazza 20m away. It is our go to place for all Rome trips. - It was new, good bathroom and beds. We had a real ironing board and iron. Very quiet, no smoking, close to everything in central Rome, we walked to everything we wanted to see. Staff were good without fawning and obviously tip trawling. Most importantly it lived up to it's on line promotion, photos were honest.

  Gorgeous, stunning hotel, just like in the pictures. Marble everywhere. Just gorgeous. Very substantial, varied, and delicious breakfast included with the price of the stay. There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided maps and outlined the best way to walk to where we wanted to go. Our son especially
