  Gorgeous, stunning hotel, just like in the pictures. Marble everywhere. Just gorgeous. Very substantial, varied, and delicious breakfast included with the price of the stay. Location is described as being sort of out of the way, but if you are in Rome to see Rome, the chances are that you will be walking just as much as we did, which is all day lo... wat mensen zeggen » ng with breaks to eat (and have gelato!). So the 10-15 minutes to the nearest subway station or the Spanish Steps is really nothing. Read up on Roman - This is a very well appointed hotel that is a pleasure to visit. There is a lovely garden around the hotel. It was easy for us and our 8 year old son to walk to all major attractions. The area is quiet at night and there are excellent nearby restaurants. Breakfast was excellent, consisting of cold meats, cheese, eggs, fresh fruit, cereals and numerous tarts and pastries. The staff were very helpful and provided maps and outlined the best way to walk to where we wanted to go. Our son especially

Perfect host as he is an architect and has fine taste. Accomodations are excellent...spacious, clean, modern and very tasteful, elegant, state of the art. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

Toen we klaagden over de gehorige kamer boden ze ons meteen een andere kamer aan (zie onder). Verder is de ligging perfect, vlakbij metrostation Barberini en de Spaanse trappen.   Zaiga and Stephanie took care of us with such a friendly customer service, personal touch and they are very helpful for first-time guests in Rome. They also showed us all available rooms upon request for our next visit. We stayed in I-room across from the reception. We like it better than the I-zen room as our room has an open layout that gives us... wat mensen zeggen » more space. The I-tube room was our next choice. It does not have a tub but it has a big spa-like shower. The location, as previously mentioned by ot - We stayed in iRooms for three nights. Great location, very comfortable bed, very relaxing, big jacuzzi. We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was downstairs in the next door restaurant – lovely traditional Italian breakfast but there is a choice of British, American etc for extra 5Euros. We appreciated very much Zaiga, who was looking after us during our stay. She was extremely helpful with all our requests. We enjoyed our stay so next time in Rome - definitely iRooms. Thank You very much.

Located about 100 meters from the Spanish Steps and a comfortable 2.5 km walk from both the Vatican and colleseum this hotel is quiet (good double glazed and sound proofed windows) and only comprises 5 rooms. It's a small 5 bedroom boutique so it was an intimate stay and the staff was more than accomodating. The rooms & bathrooms are extremely spacious and modern. The breakfast was great with a lot of options, and eggs made to order. Location could not have been more convenient! We arrived by train & it was a short two block walk to the hotel. Just
