  this place is in a great location, close to the main train station and all the sights. owner was very helpful on sight and train info, he is a really lovely guy. very cheap too - the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, very central.

  Very nice and friendly stuff; Hotel is located on the third floor without lift, but the owner helped us to carry all the heavy luggage. Very nice owner and family. Hotel is safe and don;t need to be affraid about your belongings. Hotel is located almost in the city centre and so close to the attractions. Thank YOu so much!! We loved that it was close to the train station without being near all of the noise and also to most of the major sites. The room we were in had an amazing view of the Dome and bell tower. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

  The man who works here was incredibly helpful. We were running late on a train about to miss the check in window, and he waited an hour pass the set check in window for us. Hotel Aline is a great for anyone on a budget. In our triple room we had a sink and shower, so sharing a bathroom down the hall (only a few doors down) didn't bother us at all.... wat mensen zeggen » Hotel Aline is a close walk to SMN train station, but far enough that your not staying right on top of all the transportation.Easy walk to main attr - To be honest, way worth it's money. Location was perfect, staff friendly, everything clean. I was surprised it was only rated as a 1-star hotel. I have been in other places that supposed to be rated higher but cannot be compared to this hotel.

  I really like the location of the hotel, it is almost at the center of the city and close to the train station. the guy in charge of the hotel was very helpful and kind. he let us know about the attractions of the city showing them on the city map and drawing routes for us. besides he suggested a good restaurant and a nice wine shop. the decora... wat mensen zeggen » tion is another plus. - The receptionist was so helpful, friendly, the location is just amazing, almost everything to see in Florence is walking distance. The whole place was super clean, I wondered how they keep it that way. wi-fi works so well, there is a commune computer as well. also they allow you to drop the bags off at the lobby and come back later, after you check out.

  Erg vriendelijk personeel. En wij hadden het geluk de bovenste kamer te krijgen, met een riant dakterras. - Het hotel ligt centraal, op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Het geheel was verouderd, maar wel schoon.

  Goed hotel voor een goede prijs - We hadden een grote kamer die uitgaf op de achterkant. Er was een goede douche en we hebben geen last gehad van lawaai.

  Right in the heart of Florence, this hotel is in an amazing spot. Just a short walk (up a little street and across the square) and you are at the Ufizzi Museum, after having passed all the restaurants. The rooms are furnished with basic furniture, yet amazingly comfortable-we had a table with 2 chairs, wardrobe, bed, and two bedside tables in ours... wat mensen zeggen » . We also had a near new bathroom, with some of the other rooms being renovated while we were there. Fast, strong wifi, and very friendly, helpful sta - We couldn't have hoped to have lived at a better hotel, particularly from the point of view of its location, literally a few steps from the piazza della signoria and the palazzo vecchio (and also extremely close to nearby attractions such as the uffizi, bargello and ponte vecchio). The hotel itself is quite wonderful, and our room was clean and more than adequate for our purposes. We'd chosen the 'private bathroom outside the room' option, and it ended up being only a minor issue (if at all).

  Very clean facilities. Shared bathroom good facility. Helped not having other rooms full at the same time. 4 rooms sharing one bathroom. Breakfast having juice and hot drinks available - good part but rest too minimal and unhealthy to be a good draw card for staying in future. Good location to seeing a slice of local Italian residential househo - The staff is very friendly. There is air conditioning.
