The room is very clean, they provide all the facilities you need.   The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. Marta the girl who received us was so friendly and kind, that we didn't have a chance to ask questions. She opened a map and starting marking tourist sites as well as Restaurant recommendations. She explained us briefly about the city as well and we used all her tips and it was all worth it. When we opened the door to the room it was just live the photos, white , elegant , modern and really cl
