  Just about everything, and especially the staff--helpful, knowledgeable, available. Food was good and plentiful. Internet connection and 3 PCs for the guests' use made it easy for me to keep in touch. - Our room was typical except for the walk out patio! We ate at the resturant both days and always left full. She bumped us up to a room with a better view, let us get breakfast while we waited and then got us into our room as soon as she could. The hotel is so close to the Coliseum and was in a quiet area.   The location is very good, only 5 minutes walking from Manzini metro station (which is only 2 stations from Termini), and about 10-15 minutes the Colosseum, and the Forum on foot, or the tram no.3. The crew was very friendly (some of them were not too strong in english, but they were very helpful), the rooms are not big but very clean and comforta... wat mensen zeggen » ble with nice little terraces on the ground floor (and I think on the upper floors too). It was perfect to sit down on the terrace drinking a bottle o - The location (just 2 stops from Termini using the subway) offers a great starting point for many trips around Rome! Staff is super friendly! Breakfasts were delicious (don't expect loads of stuff, but rather some freshly baked croissants and other pastry, milk products and salami, fruits, eggs, muesli, etc.).
