  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. They recommended 2 restaurants f... wat mensen zeggen » or us that were some of the best food on our trip. I can't wait to go backand stay again. With or without kids it would be amazing, and yes there is a - Our original accommodations were not available for the five of us, so they put three of us in the junior suite which was UNBELIEVABLY beautiful! We all felt like we got to sleep in a palace room for the night. Just an amazing night. What a pleasure! The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Wouldn't have changed a thing!

  Paolo speaks good English, he gave us clear directions on how to reach the B&B and let us in even though we arrived late at night. You should call or email in advance though, because there isn't always someone around. The place was charming and well kept for an old building. The room was large and had enough space for 3 girls with huge luggage, that is more challenging than you'd think.
