  The hotel is small, but lovely and the staff are very kind and helpful. You can't beat the location--so close to many of the main attractions of Florence. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. We expected to be charged for all 3 nights we had reserved, but were n... wat mensen zeggen » ot! Our room was ready when we arrived and they even served us breakfast. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

  Location...a side street which is a few hundred yards from the Cathedral in one direction and Michelangelo's David (Museum) in the other, within walking distance from the railway station and everything else in central Florence. Good, Large Room. For a family of four we had a double and two single beds. (Lorenzo Room). Breakfast was fantastic. We h... wat mensen zeggen » ad scrambled eggs with Bacon on the last which are the best I've tasted. The cold meats and cheeses were also of exceptional quality. Friendliness...g - Florence Dream Domus was the best hotel we stayed in during our entire Europe trip. The location is fantastic, the place is quaint, art-deco and very chic, and a word of appreciation is due for the Manager's/ overseer's of the property, Mr. Lorenzo & Ms. Laura. We have never met such helpful, considerate or polite hotel staff ever, even in luxury hotels. They went out of their way to may our stay memorable! We strongly recommend the place.
