Very warm welcome, the young couple managing this B&B/appartment was friendly, helpfull and kind. we stayed for 3 nights in the "suite" with the water bed and the spa. the room is furnished with taste and every little detail is thought through. the bathroom is furnished with stone and wood which makes it relaxing and modern. Once we arrived the staff was prompt and happy to greet us. Though we didn't speak Italian they spoke enough English to communicate perfectly. The stay was great, we decided we needed to stay a second night without booking it and they ensured me it wasn't a problem offering me the same rate. Ana Paola and Luigi were extremely polite and helpful. The location is right dead in the heart of Ancient Rome, absolutely amazing for the price. Tons of restaurants and bars close as well.

It was really good standard. Great location with a nice square with a fountain around the corner and a view over colosseum. Nearby alot of sightseeing and a Metro station around the corner. 15 min walk to Termini. The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. fantastic location a couple of nice local restaurants, excellent value for money, friendly staff and a real treat. Its an old building and has loads of character. Don't expect 5 star luxury but this is perfect for a short break. Check out the local entertainment at the wood shop next door

Dei Borgia is a new hotel in an existing building. Lovely marble throughout. More of a boutique hotel at very reasonable rates.

We had two days in Rome and this was the perfect hotel for it.
Location: Less than a 10 minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We were able to easily walk to the Coliseum/Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and Pantheon (and take the hop-on, hop-off bus to the Vatican). We were even able to see most sites both during the day and at night (Coliseum and Trevi are

The whole experience was fantastic. We felt as thought we were exclusive, within the luxurious estate, and could not fault the prompt assistance from the staff.
The breakfast was superb.
Recommendations by staff , including bookings for restaurants were also well managed. Our room was a Palatial size bedroom and ensuite complete with deep bath. 24 hour concierge was also a secure comfort.
Highly recommended for a stay.

We walked to lots of major attractions: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colloseum and Roman Forums were all 15 - 20 minutes easy walk away. Nice and cozy rooms with new modern furniture. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, they recommended very good restaurants in Rome and also helped us find some of the locations we wanted to visit. It's a small place, but very clean and with a good vibe, we felt safe and it was a pleasure to come back after a day walking.
Breakfast was simple, don't expect more than for a typical 2 stars hotel, but we found it enough for all tastes. The rest of the hotel however was much above 2 stars.
