  De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Wij zaten voor 70 euro (in december) super centraal. Dit bij 2 metro stations. De kamers zijn heel netjes. De badkamer is heel schoon met een lekkere douche.   Hidden gem close to Termini. Perfect walking distance from station, 5 minutes. Very comfortable, nice design, spacious, very clean and modern. It was very easy to relax. Real life was better than pictures! Says a lot. Breakfast was nice at the next door neighbor restaurant, it is Italian style, which means loads of suger, but tasty! We had different type of - Extremely friendly staff. Nice modern furniture and excellent location. Not really a hotel, yet an apartment complex, with daily towel exchange and cleaning but no room service, which is compensated by free bottles of water left for you in the mini bar. Very good breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. Awesome location. For groups of 4 it would have been even nicer, as 2 bedrooms share a living room with a nice kitchen, couch and desk. In our case we were only 2 of us, and having a common area

  Thank you Fabio for the wonderful stay. We stayed at Be First for 4 wonderful days. The BnB is very clean and spacious, there is even a computer in the common area with a printer and books to refer to which we thought was very thoughtful and helpful.The BnB is on a quiet street near the termini. The breakfast at the cafe r - We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi. The lobby with the free-to-use pc + printer is very handy to book your return flight and print out your boarding passes. In the rooms there is free wifi and a mini refrigerator.
