  Tijdens het ontbijt kwam de manager vragen of alles naar wens was. Wij gaven aan dat de temperatuur in de kamer niet te regelen was en dat het daardoor vrij warm bleef. We kregen direct een andere, nog mooiere kamer, aangeboden zonder extra kosten. Prima!! Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, je kon er zelfs champagne bij drinken. Furth - I loved the fact that it is a small hotel, and the service is personalised, flexible and very friendly. It is very quiet, there is not a lot of coming and going, and the rooms are quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Beautiful bathroom and toiletries with a lovely big bath. Fabulous! It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

  We stayed in the one bedroom suites with one double bed and a bunk bed. We booked the room just before we took the night train from Venice to Rome so I was not possible to check email at night. When we arrived Rome at 6:45 amand walked about 15 minutes and found the hotel. The sign at the door says we need to phone for the check in.
