And they kept our bags even after we checked out (we checked out in the morning and had a late evening flight). - Location, Location.   As a single female I felt very safe, my room was clean, no view but I don't stay in my room except to shower and sleep. The location was close to the train and bus station, I was able to walk everywhere. There are several good restaurants and pizzerias within 2 blocks. I very much enjoyed my stay. I will stay there again. - The location was fantastic, easy walking distance from the train station and to all major tourist spots. Lots of dining options very close by. And both the central market and the leather market less than 2 minutes away! I asked the desk to change my air conditioning setting so I could make the room nice and comfortable when I returned from my excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

  The staffs are very friendly, gave us a map and point out where we should visit even without us asking. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes walk from the main train station. The room we got, room 14, was told to be the best room in the hotel, with a beautiful little balcony that over sees the beautiful Florence town. Over - We travelled as a group of 8 people. The desk personnels were very accommodating to let us get started with the complimentary breakfast earlier than their usual allowing us to get started with our Tuscan tour. The views of the two rooms facing the Doumo was breath-taking. I would go back to this hotel and recommend it.

  Florence is a beutiful old city. get a cab dont drag your luggege around looking for the hotel unless its real close. once we were in the hotel the owners were real nice and relaxed this made for a friendly attmosphere the room is small but comfortable and they did have the best American music channel on tv and a good breakfest. you can walk to mo... wat mensen zeggen » st of the city in less than twenty minutes and the people in Florence were very nice - The room was a great size , bed was comfortable, just a short walk to the centre of Florence and the main railway station.The staff were so friendly and helpful, i highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
