  We were 8,9,10 April 2011.Everthing was perfect, breakfast reach and very good, clean, comfortable and not expensive to be in Rome and the most important Samantha and Nicoletta where very polite and helped us a lot htey left their mobile phone to be called at any time!

  Excellent location in Rome, new and very comfortable accomodation, very clean. It is not a hotel, so don't expect the typical hotel picture.It is a floor in a building with separate rooms. For example we took our breakfast at the near bar, 5m from the door of Maison Spagna, or we could have asked to take it at the room. I really liked it. - everything was more than we expected. we booked a room for 4 persons but at our arrival the staff realized it is suitable only for 3 and immediately give as an additional room so we could stay there more comfortable in 2 rooms, very clean, in the middle of the city, free wifi etc.

  We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe. Taxi service was only a few blocks... wat mensen zeggen » away when we were ready to travel. When asked they arrange a driver or taxi service for us and they were always helpful assisting us with calls for o - Located close to a lot of main major sites, to the old town and to the underground. Very friendly staff. The family appartement is nice and well equipped, with comfortable beds.

  The location was excellent! right next to the Spanish Stairs - close to everything and a beautiful place. Even when we got back from a party at night - this area felt really safe. The owner of the hotel, Mauro, was very kind and helpful, if you are not sure of what to do or where to eat - he is the man to ask. The place is small by us standards but similar to other rome locations. Its' location is excellent just a few yards from spagna Square ( Spanish Steps) and close to dining and shopping.
