  Prima dienstverlening door de medewerkers. We kregen o.a. een goed en leuk restaurant aanbevolen en tips voor een opera. Toen we klaagden over de gehorige kamer boden ze ons meteen een andere kamer aan (zie onder). Verder is de ligging perfect, vlakbij metrostation Barberini en de Spaanse trappen. It is also a short walk to the station, which was a big advantage. It is close to the metro, and if you like walking it is an enjoyable walk to most attractions.

We were contacted in advance and offered various options for a transfer to the hotel from the airport, and chose a private driver who was there and waiting for us.
