Its restaurant and the quality of their foods and the price is amazing. I suggest that try it. Only note that if you want to check in after 2PM they serve lunch until 2PM.   The hotel exceeded my expectation. It is in a safe location, actually right opposite the Vatican by the entrance side. The other tourist attractions are walkable but if you are not fit like me, public transportation is nearby.
