Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking

All the hotel staff were very friendly and the location was close to lots of tourist attractions and the price for such a good stay for a good value. The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. Overall this has been an Excellent stay and we would definitely come and stay here again when we come to Florence next time.

Albena! She was so wonderful to us! We arrived earlier than the stated check-in time, we had planned to just drop our bags and come back later. She said since our room was not ready (I didn't expect it to be) that we could have a different, larger room. It was a wonderful surprise! This B&B is in a renovated Terrace Mansion on the 1st Floor up the stairs. the rooms are nice with marble floors, cable TV. best time to have a shower is early morning or late afternoon/evening as hot water can run out during checkout times! its a nice place to stay though as just a short walk to the big churches and the Uffizi gallery. Make sure you ring in advance before you arrive so the owner can meet you there with the key - we had to wait for him to arrive for 15 mins to let us in.

Lorenzo was very nice to stay up till midnight for a late-flight check-in. The whole family was very helpful with directions, taxis, restaurants etc. Nice Italian style breakfasts were served in the charming courtyard decorated with flowers. The location being slightly out of the main town centers was a plus to ensure quiet nights, even though most main attractions are within walking distances.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The hotel, in a relatively quiet street, is just a 10min walk from the main features of Florence (Dome, Ponte Vecchio, etc.). This is an excellent hotel for a couple traveling with the small toddler. One of the few in a city such as Florence. This is mostly to the common kitchen (2 of them) freely accessible . And since it is only 8 rooms it is never crowded. So you can prepare a meal for a baby at any time

Some reviews indicate this hotel is slightly out of the way. Its not. Its a pleasant 5 to 10 minute walk from the main attractions. I would describe this hotel as 'boutique' - only 5 or 6 rooms all on the ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful and can assist with booking tickets for the main attractions.

Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence.
Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on.
We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes.
Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.
