  1. Friendly staff - the staff are friendly, gave us a warm welcome and especially waiting for us to check-in at 5pm (normal check-in time from 12pm to 2pm). Staff are polite and willing to provide information and help. 2. Clean and modern - The room was modern, beddings are clean, toilet was fully equipped and newly decorated. 3. The modern design in an old building was very creative. Owner Patrize was there to answer questions and make good recommendations for touring and eating out. Great market across the street. We stayed for 3 nights and used it as a base for touring Cinque Terre and Portoverne. Enjoyed time in evenings walking around LaSpezia.

  Fulvia, the hostess is the nicest, friendliest and most helpful person for any need we had arisen during our stay. The room was cleaned daily to a superbly neat condition. We loved the quietness of the neighborhood, proximity to the train station and therefore to all destinations we planned to visit, including Cinque Terre, Lerici, Florence, Pisa,... wat mensen zeggen » Lucca... Fulvia also recommended places to visit and see in La Spezia, - and we loved the Lia Art Museum, - what a great collection of art and histor - It was the best B&B we ever stayed in. The lady was very friendy, helpfull and she made us feel at home. The room was spacious and very very clean. Very good value for the money. Good soundproffing considering the train passing nearby.

He went out of his way to make us feel wanted and cared for - and he has excellent English. Accomodation very comfortable with a magnificent view. Fernando is very welcome, and attentive. The view from the room window is just fantastic, in particular at night.

  We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, space and sweet hospitality. Claudia, the manager/hostess, was the very accommodating and welcoming, she always a phone call away if we needed anything. She provided a sufficient and tasty breakfast complete with Italian coffee at our convenience. The B&B was conveniently - B&B is really nice and very clean. Just opposite the market where we were getting fresh fruits every day. Some poeple were complaining about the noise but we didn't think it was that excessive. Breakfast was also really nice and we especially enjoyed good Italian coffee. I would definitely recommend this place.

  Linda and the staff we're very warm and welcoming. We felt like we were staying with family. Our morning table was set aside for us and an adequate breakfast was provided and included local fruit.Levante Blu is a 5 minute walk from La Spezia Central train station, where you can easily purchase a ticket to any of the other spectacular towns. If you over pack - The staff was very friendly! They knew we will arrive late and met us on the street!! Helped a lot with accommodation, explained everything, gave routes to pizzerias etc. Rooms were large and clean and had everything needed. Internal yard is great! There is a table to sit in the evening. Very convenient if you have bicycles - you can park them in the yard. If you travel by car, they have separate private garage. Overall was good to stay there.
