I have been coming to Ispra for years - there is not much choice or comfort in other hotels, but it is the retro feel that I love here.   Nice balcony overlooking town square or lake depending on which floor you are on. Breakfast was very good and included. Ideal for touring Lake Maggiore only 5 kms away - The staff was extremely accommodating which made our stay very enjoyable.
