  The hotel has a great location if you own a car. You can visit Grosseto city centre, and all the towns on the coast. We stayed in August, and it was much cheaper than an hotel right on the beach. Grat breakfast. - We were cycling from the UK to rome and the staff at this hotel were first class at looking after our needs.   The relatively quiet central location; the very helpful and friendly staff; the large comfortable double bed and good size room. We had to stay in Grosseto because our campervan broke down so we did not stay there out of choice but in the event we enjoyed our stay immensely - Grosseto is not only very under-rated as a base from which to visit e.g.... wat mensen zeggen » Castigliano da Pescaia, Pisa, the nature reserve, the coast and Massa Marittima, all by public transport, train and bus, which ran pretty much to tim - Very helpful and courteous staff excellent recommendations as to res taurants& activities
