  The summer pool was great, as was the whole farm house setting. The owner put a lot of effort in decorating the garden, very spacious with great atmosphere, feels good privacy. The people were very helpful and courteous. The products including wine, olive oil..etc were value for money. I will want to come again.

  The location high on a hill at the border of Umbria and Lazio and not far from Tuscany is truly idyllic. The owners have just 2 fully updated and furnished apartments they rent out. They speak no english but are very friendly and helpful. They left a bottle of wine on the table for us and gave another when we left.   We really enjoyed our stay. The Borgo Fontanile is charmingly rustic and excellent value for money. Use the GPS coordinates to find the B&B because it's not very well sign posted! - Jessica was helpful, advising places to visit, checking we had everything we needed and making us feel at hime, at the same time as leaving us to relax
