  Excellent hotel, with charming details set in a picturesque location. Would like to go there again. - The location for our purpose was excellent. The staff was extremely helpful especially hotel manager Stefano. The view of Grand Paradiso Glacier from our room was absolutely priceless!

  A wonderful hotel in a beautiful valley. Our room had THE view to the Glacier to greet us every morning from bed. Amazing breakfast with anything cooked to order if you ask. Pastries to die for. Staff is all a big family who give you detailed information on what to do and even drive you (in amazing car) to walks or pick you up. Huge Spa with 2 po... wat mensen zeggen » ols to occupy you in bad weather for free plus the usual treatments. Free wifi & laptop to borrow. S - Wonderful setting and very well designed. Friendly owners and excellent staff. Beautiful setting with spectacular scenery. The spa is outstanding and the restaurant deserves its reputation. We were lucky to be there for afternoon tea and again for a concert in the evening. It is close to walking trails and gorgeous scenery.

  zeer vriendelijk en gastvrije familie- gezellig ingericht - What a special place to stay! From the moment we arrived everyone was so welcoming, the family who run the hotel and reception staff in particular Claudia who spoke excellent English. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a superior room which was very comfortable and spacious. We ate here... wat mensen zeggen » every night because the food was excellent. Angelo the owner cooks on a hot stone mostly grilled meats but there is plenty of choice and they are very accommodating. We have stayed in some 5 star hotels over th - The staff. Our main language is English and we only speak basic Italian. Most of the staff spoke some English and if they didn't they quickly found someone who did. The breakfasts were excellent and we enjoyed each of the evening meals we had in the hotel. If we didn't finish a bottle of wine it was kept for us and put on our table the following evening.

  Consistently well presented and delicious food with extensive menu; efficient, kind and very helpful staff; very comfortable room and bed with balcony views; very well cared for public areas in the Alpine Style; amazing location with fab views across meadow and down valley on the edge of pretty town; great base for exploring local area with wonder... wat mensen zeggen » ful hill and low walking (free buses in the area, too); the hotel spa was a joy after a day out walking - good pool, jacuzzi and wonderful outdoor hot - A relaxed, friendly, family owned hotel. Perfectly situated in Cogne. Wonderful Italian food. Unfortunately we don't speak Italian but the lovely waiters were so helpful and made an effort to translate for us. As a vegetarian I had plenty of choice. Fabulous spa facilities.Free local buses into nearby valleys mean you can start walks at a higher level. Excellent National Park Centre and Mining Museum in nearby village (catch free bus there and walk back). Good walking map from Tourist I
