The holiday farm Il cappuccio is situated in elevated position on the hills dominating the Alta Valle del tevere, the river Tiber valley. It is only 10 km from Tuscany, and set on a farm with 22 ha grounds at 600 m above sea level, with vineyards, olive groves, forest and a small lake (fishing).
There are 2 outbuildings, divided into apartments. There are 5 apartments in one of the outbuildings, each one has private entrance and private outdoor. You have private garden furniture and it is possible to park your car in the grounds. An open fireplace and TV can be hired.
The following facilities are for shared use: garden, meadow, swimming pool (6 x 12 m, 08.05.-25.09.), outside shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue. In the house, you can make use of table-tennis, games room, table football, laundry, and washing machine (for shared use). The linen is weekly changed for an additional charge. There is a 700 m long motor access (via unmade road).
The following facilities are available in the surrounding: shop 1 km, bus stop 500 m, golf course 10 km, tennis 4 km, riding stables 5 km. Please note that a car essential, and that the owner lives in the same grounds. There are more similar properties for rent in this same residence.
