  It was a very friendly family run hotel. The family were excellent hosts and went out of their way to help you. We got a full breakfast at 6.45 in the morning before leaving which we have never had in any hotel before. - Friendly staff. Nice sauna for a good price.

  Overall, our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff polite and helpful. The location, just outside the city centre, was perfect for a relaxed holiday. Meals were taken from local specialities and well prepared.   We spend 7 days in romantic Masconaz. We found the place through the Internet and we were possitvely surprised! Wow! The place is amazing, lovely clean rooms, beautiful scenery. The recently build spa and indoor pool is excellent! Both, breakfast and dinner was very good. Especially the dinner, excellent food and perfect represented. Every plate... wat mensen zeggen » a nice surprise. Served by charming Carla and perfect Vito. Thanks to Michel and to the hotel staff, they were excellent. A special thanks to Mauriz - Great hotel! A very interesting experience to have to get to the hotel by snow scooter...but fun. Would not be able to do it much longer then 4 days though as its a bit tough going up and down like that. Excellent food, staff, beautiful hotel room and great spa! Beautiful location in a small mountain village and can imagine its great hiking possibilities during the summer. I can definitely recommend this hotel!
