  The hotel was out of the city and quite close to the Lamborghini factory. There was a supermarket close by which was handy. The room was very spacious with a dining/sitting area and a large bed. A little dated but very comfortable. The TV didn't work but the staff spent quite some time trying to fix the problem. Having breakfast provided was a bon... wat mensen zeggen » us. - We liked the size of the flat, good location to shopping venues and restaurants, free parking. Breakfast was reasonable and we were surprised that it was included in the apartment price.

  Very very friendly and lovely staff. The couple who manage the hotel is nicely and friendly. The food is tipical italian fresh made and delicious. We really can recommend this hotel for tours in and around Modena. Surely we will book this hotel again. - The couple re-designed an old farm in a very beautiful hotel.
