Within 10 km from the Tuscany coast, close to Campiglia Marittima, you will find this lovely ex-farm, now divided into 4 apartments. 5 hectares garden with fruit and olive trees belong to this accommodation, a cosy swimming pool of 10 x 6 m and a veranda. Nice for children: in a fenced in area on the property, there are several animals such as donkeys and sheep, outside there is also a ping-pong table and a playground.
On the ground floor of the house you will find the living room with a trundle bed, satellite-TV and air conditioning. The open plan kitchen is equipped with a microwave. On the first floor there is the gallery bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin. On the verandah you can play table tennis. For shared use there is a washing machine ( for an additional cost ), central heating, a garden with garden furniture, barbecue and an outdoor swimming pool opened from May upto and including 1/2 Sep. There is a play area and there are bicycles available for an additional cost.
Ideal for a visit to the coast, but also the surrounding: Il Parco di San Silvestro, Suvereto, Piombino and Isola d'Elba (with the boat), for example. Within a few km is the Calidario, the famous spa-/health resort of the region. The first floor is accessed by means of a rather narrow spiral staircase.
