  Well this was one of the most charming hotel (B&B) I ever been Situated right in the heart of the old city (btw Alghero old city and harbour promenade is absolutely fabulous) on a very quiet street, this hotel is situated at 3 and 4th floor of the building with totally 3 apartments. The stairs are very narrow to ge - First of all, wonderful staff - both English speaking Matteo and Kristina made our stay perfect, rooms are decorated with a lot of taste, bright and clean, panoramic terrace with fabulous few of the old town and sea is an extra asset to this B&B and well equiped modern kitchen , super coffee machine and well organized breakfast, just a perfect place to feel good when in Alghero.   We stayed at B&B Sardegna Sole e mare for 1 night. We were met by very friendly staff who did whatever they could to help us during our stay in Alghero. For example they helped us calling a restaurant to book table for dinner. We had a great time there, Antonio gave us his selfmade win - From our arrival in Alghero to the moment we left, Antonio and Gavina made us feel like one of the family.   We really loved the welcome we received from Paulo the lovely lady, who was so friendly and kind.She made us very welcome to Alghero and explained where we could get buses and find supermarkets.   The location is very good, few minutes away by walk to the city center and restaurants. Next to the Butterfly accommodation there is a free big car park, where we used to park our car. The staff were very kind and helpful, gave us all information about the city, beaches and restaurants. Room was very nice, comfortable and safe.   Was welcomed to this hotel as if a distant relation staying with their family, the Piras family. Delightful bijou hotel close to shore and short walk along coast to town of Alghero. I loved my stay here, and felt very relaxed. I was trusted with Hotel keys, and could let myself in late if I chose. It was sparkling clean, and large bedroom. The rooms and hotel in general was very tidy and clean and comfortable to stay in. The breakfast was as stated (continental), however it did have a good selection of choices and filled of up until mid-afternoon. Overall, was a lovely place to stay and my partner and I would go back there if we ever were in Alghero again.

  this is a lovely quiet getaway hotel. Close enough to Alghero town (local bus or taxi) but quiet enough to be very relaxing. For our first few days we had one of only 3 rooms in use - lovely. It got busier as time went on, but still a small enough hotel to be quiet and relaxing - Very quiet location. Family run hotel with genuinely nice staff.   Wij vonden het een zeer aangenaam verblijf. Het is zoals je verwacht en ziet op de foto's. Zeer proper en vlakbij de stad. Super mooi uitzicht en zeer rustig. Het ontbijt stelt niet super veel voor maar is verzorgd en lekker. Helaas kan je er voor de rest niets consumeren, maar er is een koelkastje voorzien op je kamer. Het is een echte aanrader ! - Schitterende plek, met prachtig uitzicht, rustig vertoeven, heerlijk ontbijt,... echt een aanrader maar wel voor een paar dagen.
