  Toppertje! Heerlijk rustig gelegen hotel in een soort 'hofje' met uitgang naar een hoofdstraat met diverse leuke winkels en cafe's waar je een heerlijke espresso kunt krijgen. Hotel wordt gerund door 'Mama', zij bakt zelf de taarten welke behoren tot het zeer uitgebreide ontbijt-buffet. Stille airco op de ruime kamer. Verbleven er 4 nachten! - We... wat mensen zeggen » enjoyed chatting with the mother and daughter team over breakfast. The mother has a dry sense of humor and obviously enjoys her guests. She and the cakes at breakfast are reason enough to stay here. The place itself is spotless and appears to be newly renovated. The courtyard is fantastic -- ensures peace and quiet for the guests. The rooms are air- conditioned, which we appreciated very much. What also was a pleasant surprise was the free parking in the courtyard. There were even some roofe - The installations, in spite of not being luxurious, are in a very good condition, everything is perfectly clean. One extra is that the room has air conditioning, which was absolutely necessary at the time we visited. The location is perfect, right in the center of Villafranca. The personnel were very professional and yet, they made us feel like part of the family. A very relaxing athmosfere, perfect for our holidays. Good value for your money! I would gladly book a vacation in this hotel again.

Verona Centre was a brisk 15 minute walk, but there's a supermarket at the end of the street, and a few good restaurants nearby. I really recommend Pizzeria Napoli, less than 2 blocks from the hotel; food and service were great.

  Location is right in the centre near Arena. The hotel is very cute in an ancient building. Two stylish old ladies at the reception ( the owners I guess ) were very friendly. They gave us a discount while we were paying as we missed our breakfast. And we were asked to pay at check out. The price via booking com was pretty low for a place like that.... wat mensen zeggen » Excellent place. - This hotel can compare very well with some 4-star ones I have been to and when I asked the Management why it was classed only as a 2-star I was told it was because they did not have space for a lounge! Bureaucracy!!!
