The level of comfort is to thehighest standard. - We were upgraded due to some one else wanting the room we booked for longer as if we would complain.   Excellent high quality facilities, excellent rooms, quality products at breakfast, enthusiastic staff, safe underground car park - It was prime location for us. It was a very modern fabulous hotel. The staff were great nothing was too much trouble for them.
