  We stayed this hotel because Alitalia overbooked our flight and did not notify us about our flight to be changed to next day. It is in walking distance to the Catania airport and they provide free shuttle service to/from airport. The hotel is brand new, was opened just 4 months ago. We really appreciated this hotel. They served a packed breakfast ... wat mensen zeggen » to our room in the evening because we were going to leave the hotel before the breakfast would be served. Bed was very confortable, bathroom is big an - I´ve booked this hotel because my mother was blocked because of a flight stop due to the vulcano eruption. All the staff was very gently and helpfull with my mother: the shuttle driver, the staff at reception and room service. The restaurant was delicious with very good prices and the waiters had a lot of attentions. At the end my mother stayed 2 nichts and the terrible experience with the flight was turned to a wonderfull experience to be repeted thanks to that hotel!

De kamers uitermate goed schoongemaakt (2 tot 3 maal per dag!), het hotelpersoneel was zeer vriendelijk and professioneel.   If I could give 11 out of 10, I would. This is the cleanest and friendliest hostel I have ever stayed in--and to be honest I've stayed in 3-hotels which weren't as nice (and 4-star hotels where I was unable to sleep because the bed was so uncomfortable!!!). The beds are amazing. The rooms are brand new!! The 8-person bunk rooms have a lovely view ... wat mensen zeggen » of the courtyard. In the evening there was music and people talking until the wee hours of the night. You even get a 2 for 1 drink card so you can soc - This place is magical. The staff are incredible. They took Matteo (my Palermitano cat) into their arms. I met so many wonderful individuals here, I only have Agora' 2 thanks 4 that unique opportunity & already look foward to returning in October. I could go on and on about the city as well. Such acts of kindness I have rarely experienced anywhere else during all my years of travel. Special thanks to Elisa (& Maurizio) and Cristian for your kindness and hospitality

  The location ... it is right on the beach ... so if you like to wake up to the sound of the sea then this place is perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful. - Perfect location, very cost efficient. Quaint rooms but they have all the necessary amenities. My family and I will frequent this place.

  At first-extremely friendly, hospital and helpful staff and both of them spoke excellent English. Great location-in the very centre of Catania, not far from Duomo and very close to via Etnea-street of shopping. Hotel located in very nice historic building. Everywhere was very clean incl bathroom and toilet. Reception works not 24h, but you get acc... wat mensen zeggen » es with your own keys and it makes you independent. I would recommend this hotel for everyone who wants to visit Catania and feel real hospitality of - The location is great. The rooms are value for money but are basic in terms of comfort. They are cleaned every day, the towels are changed daily as well. The kettle and tea, coffee, sugar are available for common use in the corridor. The chambermaid found and returned to us the clothes left behind in a hurry. Many thanks to her!!!!!! There is some noise from the nearby cafes but we didn't mind it))

  I liked its atmosphere, its location albeit it was difficult to find. I have arrived in the area and finally another B@B told me its location--nobody knew the street's name--probably because it is a small one. - Il ragazzo che mi ha aspettato per fare il check-in! :-):-):-) I liked the staff, the position of thr b&b, the silent nights inside ... wat mensen zeggen » but crazy outside, the beds, the freedom aaaand of course... the prices!

We had an early morning departure flight and were so pleased that our driver, arranged by the staff, was ready at 4:30 AM.
