  This is not your everyday Best Western! The hotel is new, modern, clean, classy and comfortable. You would think you were in a more expensive hotel. The staff is professional, friendly, and competent. The room was very comforable. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were very good. It is a short bus or taxi ride to the center of Genoa from the hotel. Easy to - The concierge Gloria was most helpful. When my son missed his flight she was very comforting and provided a room for the next night with no problem. The hotel was within walking distance to great shopping and a fantastic and reasonably priced restaurant. The breakfast was outstanding as were the shower and beds. I also appreciated the free drive from the airport to the hotel as taxis are outrageously expensive.

  Very good customer service by the reception staff particularly Chiara. Most of the time, she is manning the reception by herself and delivers excellent job professionally with friendly manner. It helped me to be relaxed in a strange city. Her English is excellent and did her best to explain. All questions asked were answered being new in Genoa. The rooms were extremely spacious and very very clean. They cleaned them everyday. The airconditioning was fantastic as it was 30 degrees outside the days I was there.   The view of the Port from the room and the terrace is incredible. The location is just across the Port and Aquarium. The room is a good size and the bathroom is big. The bed is comfortable especially loved the beddings, so luxurious. Reno, the owner was incredibly nice. We were coming in late and he called to make sure we are Ok. He walked with us... wat mensen zeggen » to show us where to find good restaurants and after touring Italy for 5 weeks, it was so nice to finally have somebody who speaks English Fluently. U - Reno and Diego are amazing hosts, making us feel welcome from the first minute, giving us tips and suggestions for sightseeing as well as a few very good restaurants that we got to try. The B&B is very cosy, comfortable and clean, we got upgraded to a room with a terrace and the view was really nice. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh fruit salad. The location could not be better, very close to all major attractions in Genova. Overall, we would recommend this place to anyone
